FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about The Channel Panel. If you have additional questions that are not addressed on this page, please contact us through the Contact Us page.

  • What is included in the 3-day main hall pass?
The 3-day pass grants full access to the main auditorium for the entire event. It does not include workshops. You will have access to all channeling sessions in the main hall and can participate in the Q&A portions.
  • If I purchase both a 3-day pass and a workshop, will I miss other presentations?
Workshops will not overlap with keynote channelers, but there might be overlaps with other channelers. Check the schedule, which will be updated soon, for details.
  • Can I purchase a workshop pass without the 3-day pass?
Yes, but review workshop details carefully. For instance, Daryl Anka's workshop will not feature channeling Bashar. To see channelers in action, you need a 3-day pass.
  • If I purchase a 3-day pass or workshop but cannot attend, can I get a refund?
No, there are no refunds for any ticket types, including in-person workshops and 3-day passes, as well as online tickets. However, live attendees will have access to playback of all main auditorium channeling sessions for at least 3 months after the event.
  • If I purchase an online ticket or a 3-day pass, will I get access to video playback?
Yes, both online attendees and 3-day pass holders will have access to playback for a minimum of 3 months.
  • Does an online ticket include workshops?
No, workshops are not live-streamed. They may be recorded by individual presenters and made available separately after the event, but they are not included in the live-stream package.
  • Where will the live events and workshops take place?
All events will be held at The Sedona Performing Arts Center. The address is 995 Upper Red Rock Loop Rd, Sedona, AZ 86336. There will be separate entrances for the workshops and the main hall, clearly marked by signs. Show your ticket with a QR code from your email to gain access.

January in Sedona can be very cold, with temperatures ranging from 34°F to 60°F (1.1°C to 15.5°C). Sedona, at a higher elevation than Phoenix, can experience snow, which usually melts quickly due to the sun. Be prepared for cold weather.
  • What does purchasing a table or booth include?
Purchasing a table or booth grants you access to the foyer for all three days of the event. Each table/booth allows for two staff members at a time. If you have a team of four, you will need to rotate staff members throughout the event. Only two passes per table/booth will be provided. You are allotted 2 hours for setup before the event starts on the 3rd and 2 hours for teardown after the event ends on the 5th. Many vendors leave their items on the table throughout the event, but if you prefer to set up and dismantle daily, you must do so within the closing hours of the event on the 3rd and 4th. For example, if the event closes at 10:00 PM, all vendors must be out by that time. Tables and booths will be provided by us, including blue and purple tablecloths. If you prefer your own tablecloth, please bring it with you. You can watch the event from the main auditorium for all three days. If all seats are occupied by ticket holders, vendors will need to stand at the sides or back of the auditorium. Purchasing a vendor table or booth does not include workshop access. Workshops require separate tickets due to limited seating and are held in a different section of the building.
  • Are there any items we cannot sell?
Food sales are prohibited at this venue. Additionally, you cannot sell anything illegal under federal or Arizona state law. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of your items in Sedona’s county and township. Selling prohibited items will result in fines and removal from the event without a refund. Items of an adult nature must not display nudity openly. Most attendees will be adults, but some teenagers may be present. Ensure customers appear to be adults before discussing adult-themed items. If in doubt, please ask for ID.
  • If I purchase a booth and later change my mind, can I get a refund?
No, there are no refunds for any ticket types or vendor booth/table purchases. Our small team cannot easily process refunds, so please confirm your participation before purchasing a vendor spot.
  • If I am presenting, do I need to buy a table?
Keynote speakers are provided individual tables. Other speakers will share a large booth on the day of their presentation.
